Hale - 4054'
Located north of the Pemi Wilderness, Mt Hale's
partially treed summit offers
views of the Franconia and Presidential ranges. It was
named after Rev. Edward Everett Hale, a Boston preacher and author.
There are two trails that go the the summit, the Hale Brook trail
from the Zealand Rd, and the Lend-a-Hand trail from Zealand Falls hut. The Hale Brook trail
is 2.2 miles from the parking area.
